If something is wrong
If a file is faulty, missing or different from its description, contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will help restore access, supply a replacement or provide an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Change of mind
Digital downloads cannot be returned like physical goods. Any loss of the cancellation right requires your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement before the download begins. Where this has not been obtained, applicable cancellation rights remain.
TODO: confirm the cancellation process, checkout consent and exact refund handling with a qualified reviewer. Do not use a blanket “no refunds” statement.
